Pancakes with chicken

Delicious, juicy pancakes with chicken, a simple and quick recipe for every housewife.

Cooking time 45 minutes


Chicken fillet 300 g

Mayonnaise 3 tbsp l.

Garlic clove 2 pcs

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Dill (greens) 1 bunch

Eggs 2 pcs

Milk 3.2% fat. 300 pcs

Soda 1 pinch.

Flour 120 g

Vegetable oil 6 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste


Beat eggs in a separate bowl.

Add milk, flour, soda, salt, vegetable oil. Beat well. Let the dough stand for 20 minutes.

Bake pancakes on both sides in a medium skillet.

Boil the chicken fillet and cool. Chop finely, mix in a bowl with herbs, mayonnaise and garlic. Mix well.

Put a couple of tablespoons of the filling on the pancake and wrap.

Place on a platter and garnish with a salad leaf.
