Eggs 3 pcs

Milk 3.2% fat. 300 ml

Flour 1 stack.

Soda 1 tsp

Vegetable oil 4 tbsp. l.

Onion 1 pc

Minced pork and beef 200 g

Champignons 100 g

Sour cream 20% fat. 2 tbsp. l.

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Cream 10% fat. 150 pcs

Hard cheese 100 g

Salt to taste


Beat the eggs.

Add milk, flour, soda, salt, oil. Beat well. Let it brew for 20 minutes.

Bake pancakes in a frying pan on both sides.

Fry finely chopped onions in a pan with vegetable oil.

Add minced meat and knead well with a spatula. Fry for 10-15 minutes.

Add sliced ​​champignons. Season with salt and pepper. Fry for another 10 minutes.

Cool down. Place the filling on the pancake and wrap.

Place the pancakes in one layer in a baking dish.

Pour over with a mixture of mayonnaise, sour cream and cream. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees C.

Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for another 5-7 minutes.

Place on a platter and serve hot.
