These delicate pancakes with cottage cheese and raisins will please everyone.
Cooking time 25 minutes
Eggs 2 pcs
Milk 3.2% fat. 300 pcs
Wheat flour of the highest grade 150 g
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Curd 400 g
Raisins 100 g
Sugar for filling and pancakes to taste
Sour cream 20% fat. 100 g
Powdered sugar for decoration
Beat eggs in a bowl. Add milk, vegetable oil and flour. Salt and sugar to taste, add dough to the pancakes. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
Bake the pancakes on a hot frying pan on both sides, grease the pan with vegetable oil each time.
Soak the raisins in hot water.
Mix the raisins, cottage cheese, sour cream, add sugar to taste.
Wrap the filling in a pancake like an envelope.
Sprinkle with icing sugar before serving.
