Butter buns are always convenient to take with you to treat your neighbors and friends for Easter, and due to the fact that there are no eggs in the composition, the buns will not dry out quickly.
Cooking time 1 hour
Flour 400 g
Milk 200 ml
Butter 50 g
Sugar 50 g
Vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp. l.
Dry yeast 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Heat milk in a bowl, add butter.
Add sugar and salt.
Add flour and yeast.
Knead the dough well and put in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Grease the matched dough with vegetable oil.
Once again you knead, leave for another 20 minutes.
Divide the dough into pieces.
Roll each part into a cake.
Brush with vegetable oil and sprinkle with sugar.
Roll into a tube.
Roll up the edges and do not cut completely with a sharp knife. Expand sides.
Place the buns on a baking sheet with parchment and leave for another 15 minutes.
Bake buns in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C, 15 minutes.
Cool the finished buns and serve.
