Quick biscuits with raspberry jam

Delicious cookies with raspberry jam, which are easy to prepare for a large company.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Butter 100 g

Egg 1 pc

Sugar 100 g

Wheat flour of the highest grade 200 g

Starch 100 g

Salt 1 pinch.

Raspberry jam 200 g


Melt the butter until soft.

Add sugar, salt and egg. Mix well.

Add flour and starch.

Knead the tough dough, divide into two parts.

Put the smaller part in the freezer. Roll out most of the dough on a baking sheet.

Brush with raspberry jam or jam.

Grate the rest of the dough on top.

Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 25 minutes, until golden brown.

Cut hot into small squares and let cool completely on a baking sheet.
