Chocolate cake

Chocolate cake is a very tasty and easy-to-prepare cake. It is not at all difficult to please guests with delicious pastries. A proven recipe.

Cooking time 50 minutes


Butter 100 g

Can of condensed milk 1 pc

Eggs 2 pcs

Flour 8 tbsp. l.

Soda 1/2 tsp

Vinegar 1/2 tsp

Cocoa 2 tbsp. l.

Sour cream 20% fat. 500 g

Sugar 100 g

Chocolate bar 1 pc


Mash the butter with a spatula, add the eggs and beat with a mixer.

Add condensed milk.

Add sifted flour. Continue whisking.

Add vinegar quenched baking soda. Divide into two portions. Pour the first into a greased mold.

Add cocoa to the second portion and stir.

Pour into a greased mold.

Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees C in a preheated oven. Cool the cakes. Mix sour cream with sugar, let stand for 15 minutes.

Put one cake on a dish and pour over sour cream. Lay the second on top. Cover with cream.

Let it soak for 2-3 hours. Remove excess cream. Sprinkle with grated chocolate.

The Chocolate Cake is ready. Can be served with a festive table.
