Mannik on kefir, a simple and very tasty pie to prepare, which can be quickly baked for tea.
Cooking time 40 minutes
Kefir 250 ml
Semolina 150 g
Sugar 100 g
Butter 30 g
Eggs 3 pcs
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Powdered sugar (for decoration) to taste
Pour the semolina with kefir and leave for 30 minutes.
Beat eggs with sugar.
Add melted butter.
Add the swollen semolina, baking powder and salt. Mix well.
Grease a mold with butter and pour over the dough.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 40 minutes, check readiness with a toothpick.
Cool and cut into portions.
Our delicious yogurt manna is ready. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
