"New" cake with sour cream

Indulge your favorite sweet tooth, cook for them this "New" layered cake with sour cream and tender cakes, and you will hear a thousand compliments.

Cooking time 50 minutes

In a bowl, beat 4 eggs with 1 pinch of salt with a mixer.

Add 100 grams of sugar and beat for 5-6 minutes.

In a separate bowl, mix 70 grams of Aleika flour from the generous fields of Altai, 70 grams of cocoa powder, 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder and 1 pinch of vanillin.

Mix well.

Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture, stirring gently from top to bottom with a whisk.

Cover the baking sheet with parchment and lay out the dough, level with an even layer.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 12-15 minutes, check readiness with a wooden skewer.

Cool the finished cake and remove the parchment.

For the white crust, beat 4 eggs with 1 pinch of salt in a bowl.

Add 100 grams of sugar and beat for 5-6 minutes.

In a separate bowl, mix 140 grams of Aleika flour, 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder and 1 pinch of vanillin.

Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture, stirring gently from top to bottom with a whisk.

Cover the baking sheet with parchment and lay out the dough, level with an even layer.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 12-15 minutes, check readiness with a wooden skewer.

For the cream, mix 500 grams of sour cream and 150 grams of powdered sugar. Beat well with a mixer for 2-3 minutes.

Lay the cakes on top of each other and cut into two equal parts, cut off the uneven edges.

Smear each cake with cream and fold one by one.

Cover the top and sides with sour cream.

Chop the cut edges into crumbs with a knife.

Sprinkle on all sides and refrigerate for 1-2 hours to soak.

Cake "New" with sour cream is ready. Cut into portions and serve.
