Pancake cake with condensed milk

On Shrovetide, even the cake should be made of pancakes! Pancake cake with condensed milk especially for those with a sweet tooth.

Cooking time 2 hours


Milk 500 ml

Flour 150-170 g

Sour cream (20% fat) 200 g

Condensed milk. with sugar 200 g

Eggs 4 pcs

Vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp. l.

Sugar 3-4 tbsp l.

Warm water 2-3 tbsp. l.

Cocoa 1 tbsp. l.

1 tbsp butter l.

Salt 1/4 tsp


In a bowl, combine milk and eggs.

Add flour, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar and salt.

Mix well with a whisk, add 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Bake thin pancakes in a pan on both sides.

Place pancakes in a pile and let cool.

In a bowl, combine sour cream and condensed milk.

Put the pancake on a dish and coat with cream, cover with pancake and coat again until the pancakes run out.

Smear the top of the pancake cake with cream and put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

In a saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa and butter.

Add boiling water and, while heating, mix well.

Pour the icing over the pancake cake and put in the cold for 10-12 minutes.

Our delicious pancake cake with condensed milk is ready. Can be served at the table.
