Sponge roll with Winter Log cream

Delicious aromatic pastries are what you need for a festive table. Biscuit roll with Winter Log cream will create a cozy atmosphere of tea drinking on New Year's holidays.

Eggs 4 pcs

Sugar (sand) 100 g

Wheat flour 120 g

Butter 50 g

Sour cream 10% fat. 2 tbsp. l.

Baking powder 1 tsp.

Low-fat cottage cheese (for cream) 200 g

Sugar (sand) (for cream) 50 g

Banana (for cream) 2 pcs

Chocolate without additives (for cream)


Beat the eggs in a bowl until thick foam.

Add sugar.

Add sour cream.

Add melted butter.

Add flour and baking powder. Stir the dough well.

Cover a baking sheet with parchment, pour out the dough and smooth.

Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C for 12-15 minutes.

Cool the cake.

Remove from parchment and place on a towel.

Roll up roll.

Beat the cottage cheese with sugar.

Add two bananas and beat again.

Unfold the cake and grease with cream.

Roll back roll.

Spread on top and put in the cold for a couple of hours.

Put the roll on the dish, sprinkle with grated chocolate and garnish with banana slices.
