Puffs with dried apricots

These mouth-watering dried apricot puffs will help you out when you want to quickly cook something tasty and original.

Cooking time 30 minutes

Ingredients

Dried apricots 200 g

Sugar 2-3 tbsp. l.

Egg yolk 1 pc

Powdered sugar 1 tbsp. l.

Yeast puff pastry (3 plates) 3 pieces

Preparation

Defrost the puff pastry.

Soak dried apricots in boiling water.

Pass through a meat grinder. Add sugar. Mix well.

Roll out the dough and cut into triangles.

Spread with filling and roll up.

Put on a baking sheet and brush with yolk.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 12-15 minutes. Lay out and cool.

Serve with powdered sugar.
