Delicious, fragrant khachapuri with feta cheese and egg is perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner, universal pie.
Cooking time 25 minutes
Warm water 200 ml
Wheat flour 250 g
Bryndza 200 g
Eggs 3 pcs
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Parsley (greens) 1 bunch
Dry fast-acting yeast 1/2 tsp.
Sugar (sand) 1 tsp
Sesame seeds 1 tsp
Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water and let stand in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Add flour and salt.
Knead the dough.
Add vegetable oil on top and grease the top of the dough.
Leave the dough in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into 4 parts.
For the filling, crumble the feta cheese and herbs in a bowl.
Roll each part of the dough into a cake. Put some of the filling on the tortilla.
Pinch the edges.
Turn over and roll out a little with a rolling pin.
Make an incision in the middle with a knife and pinch the edges of the incision.
Beat one egg and brush over khachapuri. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Leave to rise for 20 minutes and put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 15 minutes.
Remove the khachapuri from the oven and break the egg in the middle of the khachapuri.
Put back in the oven for another 7-10 minutes.
Cool ready-made khachapuri and serve.
