Minced pancakes

Pancakes with minced meat, tied in delicious knots, are a great snack on any table.

Cooking time 25 minutes


Eggs 2 pcs

Milk 3.2% fat. 300 pcs

Wheat flour of the highest grade 150 g

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Minced meat 250 g

Bulb onion 1/2 pc

Rice 100 g

Tomato paste 1 tbsp l.

Green onion (feather) 1 bunch

Pepper to taste

Salt to taste


Fry the minced meat in vegetable oil with onions. Add tomato paste, pepper and salt to taste, boiled rice. Simmer for 3 minutes.

Make a dough for pancakes, beat eggs with milk, add flour and vegetable oil.

Bake thin pancakes in a hot frying pan on both sides, greasing the pan with vegetable oil.

Put the minced meat in the middle of the pancake.

We fold it into a small bag, tying it with a feather of green onions.
