Sweet pancakes with apple filling, simple and very tasty. Sweet teeth will love it. A great option for pancakes that can be prepared for Shrovetide.
Cooking time 45 minutes
Wheat flour of the highest grade 100 g
Eggs 2 pcs
Milk 3.2% fat. 300 pcs
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Butter 60 g
Salt 1 pinch.
Apples for filling 2 pcs
Sugar for the filling 3 tbsp. l.
Butter for filling 60 g
Wash the apples.
To peel. Cut into cubes.
Heat butter in a frying pan, add apples and sugar. Stir well and cook, covered for 7 minutes, over medium heat.
Sift flour into a bowl.
Add milk, sugar and salt. Mix well with a whisk.
Add melted butter.
Add beaten eggs and stir.
Bake in a preheated pan on both sides.
Cool the apple filling a little and spread in small portions on pancakes, wrap in tubes.
Trim the edges and place on a dish.
Pour the rest of the apple syrup onto the pancakes and serve.
