Cupcake "Zebra" with sour cream

This striped cupcake can be prepared for a delicious tea party and for a festive table. Very easy to prepare, will pleasantly surprise guests and delight your family.

Cooking time 45 minutes


Eggs 4 pcs

Sugar (sand) 120 g

Flour 200 g

Sour cream 10% fat. 100 g

Cocoa 3 tbsp. l.

Baking powder 1/2 tsp

Salt 1 pinch.


Break the eggs into a bowl. Beat eggs with sugar.

Add sour cream and beat well again.

Add 1 pinch of salt, baking powder and flour. Stir the dough.

Divide the dough in two. Add cocoa to one.

In another 1, 5 tablespoons of flour and half of lemon juice.

Grease the mold with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour one spoonful of dough from each bowl, alternating between them.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 30-35 minutes.

Cool the prepared muffin and cut into portions.

Zebra cupcake is ready. You can serve with tea and treat guests.
