Pancakes with milk with cottage cheese

Pancakes in milk with delicate curd filling are delicious.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Milk 300 ml

Curd 300 g

Flour 170 g

Eggs 4 pcs

Butter 30 g

Sugar 2 tbsp. l.

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste


Beat 3 eggs in a bowl.

Add 300 ml of milk.

Add 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Add 170 g flour and salt to taste, beat well with a whisk.

Bake thin pancakes in a hot skillet on both sides.

Pass the cottage cheese through a meat grinder.

Add the egg and sugar to the curd. Mix well.

Put a couple of tablespoons of the filling on the pancake.

Roll up an envelope and stuff all the pancakes like that.

Fry in butter on both sides.

Pancakes in milk with cottage cheese are ready. Place on a dish and sprinkle with icing sugar. Serve with your favorite jam.
