Chocolate lean muffin

On the days of fasting, you can treat yourself to lean pastries, the cooking time will take very little, and the result will surprise you. Chocolate lean muffin is sure to delight you with its taste

Cooking time 40 minutes


Flour 250 g

Warm water 200 ml

Sugar 150 g

Vegetable oil 50 ml

Cocoa 3 tbsp. l.

Powdered sugar 2 tbsp l.

Instant coffee (dry) 1 tsp.

Vinegar (6%) 1 tsp

Baking powder 1/2 tsp


Mix flour with cocoa in a large bowl.

Add sugar and baking powder.

In another bowl, combine vegetable oil and vinegar.

Add water.

Add coffee and mix well.

Add vegetable oil and vinegar to the cocoa flour.

Mix well.

Grease the form with vegetable oil sprinkle with flour.

Put the dough into a mold and flatten.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for about 40 minutes, check readiness with a toothpick.

Remove the finished and cooled cake from the mold and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Chocolate lean muffin is ready. Can be served at the table.
