Cherry pie

Defrost the cherries. Drain the liquid. Remove the bones (optional).

Beat eggs with sugar.

Add vanillin, salt, baking powder and flour.

Stir gently and add cherries.

Put the dough in a greased pan sprinkled with semolina.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 25-30 minutes. Check readiness with a toothpick. Take out and cool in the form.

Turn onto serving platter and cut into portions.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve to the table.
