This delicious, fluffy, airy manna is an ideal tea treat.

Cooking time 50 minutes


Eggs 4 pcs

Semolina 100 g

Sugar 100 g

Wheat flour of the highest grade 120 g

Sour cream 20% fat. or fatty kefir 200 g

Baking powder 1 tsp.

Powdered sugar 1 tbsp. l.

Salt 1 pinch.


Beat eggs with salt.

Add semolina and beat whisk for 2-3 minutes.

Add sugar.

Add sour cream. Add flour and baking powder.

Mix well and pour into mold.

Bake in a preheated oven for 30-35 minutes at 190 degrees C. Check readiness with a toothpick. Remove the finished manna from the oven and cool.

Remove from mold and sprinkle with icing sugar.

Cut into portions. Serve to the table.
