Ruddy, with a golden crust, pancakes are good on their own. But the correct filling will definitely not spoil them. Stuffed pancakes with mushrooms and cheese will become favorites on your table.
Cooking time 45 minutes
Flour 150-200 g
Egg 1 pc
Milk 300 ml
Vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp. l.
Fresh champignons 5-6 pcs
Onion 1 pc
Cheese 50 g
Butter 2 tbsp l.
Sift flour into a bowl.
Add egg, milk, salt.
Stir well and add vegetable oil.
Let stand for 20-30 minutes and bake pancakes.
Wash and chop the mushrooms.
Fry in a pan in 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil, finely chopped onions and mushrooms for 2 minutes. Remove and cool.
Grate cheese and mix with mushrooms.
Put the filling on the pancake and wrap.
Dissolve the butter in a frying pan and add the wrapped pancakes. Fry on both sides.
Put on a platter and serve.
