Ingredients

Curd 400 g

Flour 300 g

Sugar 200 g

Butter 200 g

Egg 1 pc

Vanillin 1/2 tsp

Preparation

Put 400 grams of cottage cheese in a bowl, add 1 egg and 100 grams of sugar.

Add 1/2 teaspoon vanillin.

Stir, the filling is ready.

Dice 200 g of soft butter in a bowl.

Add 300 grams of flour and 100 grams of sugar to the butter and rub well with your hands.

The dough should be fine.

Grease a mold with butter and pour out the dough.

Leave 1/4 of the dough in a bowl.

Knead the dough in the form with your hands and make sides.
