Pancakes with minced meat

Everyone will be happy with these pancakes! Delicious pancakes with minced meat that can be prepared for Shrovetide and not only.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Milk 300 ml

Minced meat 300 g

Flour 170 g

Butter 30 g

Eggs 3 pcs

Vegetable oil 4 tbsp. l.

Onion 1 pc

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Beat 3 eggs in a bowl.

Add 300 ml of milk.

Add 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Add 170 g flour and salt to taste, beat well with a whisk.

Bake thin pancakes in a hot skillet on both sides.

Prepare minced pork, finely chop the onion.

Fry minced meat with onions in a pan with 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil for 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, season with salt and pepper.

Put a couple of spoons of minced meat on the pancake.

Wrap with a roll. Do this with the rest of the pancakes.

Fry in a pan with butter on both sides.

Put on a dish. Pancakes with minced meat are ready. Can be served at the table.
