Charlotte on sour cream

Lush, tender, this charlotte on sour cream will adorn any table, and this recipe will help you prepare it.

Sour cream 250 g

Flour 250 g

Sugar 200 g

Eggs 4 pcs

Green apple 4-5 pcs

Soda 1/2 tsp

Butter 10 g

Powdered sugar to taste

Salt 1 pinch.


Pour sugar into a bowl and add eggs. Beat with a mixer until sugar dissolves.

Add sour cream.

Add flour mixed with salt and baking soda.

Beat the dough well with a mixer.

Rinse and dry the apples.

Cut the apples into slices.

Grease the mold with butter and sprinkle with flour.

Pour out some of the dough and lay out a layer of apple slices.

Repeat the layer of dough and apples.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 40-45 minutes.

Cool the finished charlotte and remove from the mold.
