Pancakes with curd

Pancakes with cottage cheese are a wonderful breakfast and dessert for tea. This recipe will help you make delicious curd pancakes.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Milk 400 ml

Curd 300 g

Flour 220 g

Boiling water 100 ml

Eggs 4 pcs

Butter 30 g

Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.

Sugar 3 tbsp. l.

Salt 1 tsp


Pour 400 milliliters of milk 3.2% fat into a bowl, add 3 eggs.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

Add 220 grams of flour. Mix well.

Add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Add 100 milliliters of boiling water and mix quickly with a whisk.

Leave the finished dough for 10 minutes.

Bake thin pancakes on both sides in a preheated pan, grease the pan with oil as needed.

In a bowl, mix 300 grams of cottage cheese, one egg and 2-3 tablespoons of sugar.

Fold the pancakes in a pile and cool slightly.

Put some of the filling on the pancake.

Heat 30 grams of butter in a frying pan.

Wrap the pancake with an envelope. Place the pancakes in a preheated pan and fry on both sides for 2 minutes.

Place the stuffed pancakes on a platter.

Pancakes with cottage cheese are ready. Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
