Oatmeal Diet Pancakes

Delicious dietary oatmeal pancakes that can be prepared for breakfast and served with berry topping and sour cream.

Ingredients

Water 200 ml

Milk 200 ml

Eggs 2 pcs

Unrefined sunflower oil TM "Aleika" 2 tbsp. l.

Sugar 1 tbsp. l.

Baking powder 1/4 tsp.

Salt 1 pinch.

Preparation

Pour 200 ml of water and 200 ml of milk into a saucepan and bring to a boil.

Punch with a blender until smooth.

Add 2 eggs.

Add 1 pinch salt, 1/4 teaspoon baking powder, and 1 tablespoon sugar to taste.

Bake oat pancakes in a frying pan preheated to medium heat on both sides until golden brown.

Place the oat pancakes in a stack.

Diet oat pancakes are ready. Can be served at the table.
