Balaganchik salad for those who love delicious salad prepared according to the principle of slicing and mixing. We recommend stirring already on the festive table.
Cooking time 40 minutes
Pork pulp (tenderloin) 300 g
Potatoes 2-3 pcs
Canned green peas 200 g
Carrots 2 pcs
Beets (large) 1 pc
Sour cream 25% fat. (or mayonnaise) 100 g
Spices for meat to taste
Salt to taste
Cut the meat into small pieces and marinate in your favorite spices.
Fry with finely chopped onion in vegetable oil until tender. Lay out and cool.
Boil potatoes, carrots, beets, cool and peel. Dice potatoes, carrots, beets into separate bowls.
On a flat dish, put potatoes, peas, carrots, cabbage, beets from each bowl in portions in a circle. Put the meat in the middle.
Top it will beautifully decorate with mayonnaise or sour cream. You can add salt to taste.
When serving, put two dessert spoons on the sides in the dish and, with guests, mix all the ingredients with relish, creating a booth in a plate.
