Pea soup with smoked meats

Rich thick pea soup with smoked ribs and smoked brisket. And the secret in the soup is the highest quality and most delicious peas.

Cooking time 2 hours


Water 3 pcs

Smoked ribs 300 g

Smoked pork belly 50 g

Onion 2 pcs

Potatoes 2 pcs

Carrot 1 pc

Salt 1/2 tsp


Cut the ribs, cut the brisket into strips.

Peel the onion and put it together with the ribs into a saucepan, add water and cook for 1 hour.

Add peas to a saucepan with ribs, discard onion. Cook for 10-15 minutes.

Peel and dice the potatoes. Add to the pan.

Finely chop the second onion, mix with the brisket.

Fry the onion with brisket in a pan with vegetable oil TM "Aleika".

Add the grated carrots and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add overcooked vegetables with brisket to a saucepan and season with salt to taste. Cook for 5-7 minutes.

Cover and let it brew for 15 minutes.

Pea soup with smoked meat is ready. Pour into plates and serve.
