Okroshka on kefir with sausage

Refreshing and light okroshka on kefir with sausage, just what you need on a hot summer day.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Kefir 1 pack

Boiled sausage 200 g

Potatoes 2-3 pcs

Eggs 2 pcs

Fresh cucumber 2 pcs

Radish 5-7 pcs

Dill 1 bunch

Green onions 1 bunch

Salt to taste


Boil eggs and potatoes, cool and peel. Prepare the sausage.

Cut into small cubes into a bowl, potatoes, eggs and sausage.

Add diced cucumbers and radishes.

Add finely chopped greens.

Mix well and let it brew.

Arrange okroshka in bowls and pour with kefir. Salt to taste and serve.
