Okroshka on kefir

Refreshing okroshka on kefir, what you need on a hot summer day.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Kefir 1% 1 l

Potatoes 2-3 pcs

Eggs 2 pcs

Cucumbers 2 pcs

Radish 4-5 pcs

Boiled sausage 200 g

Green onion (feather) 1 bunch

Dill 1 bunch

Salt to taste


Boil potatoes and eggs, cool and peel.

Rinse and dry radishes, cucumbers and herbs.

Dice potatoes, eggs and sausage into a bowl.

Add diced radishes and cucumbers.

Add finely chopped greens and salt. Mix well.

Arrange on plates.

Pour cold kefir before serving.

Okroshka with kefir is ready. Can be served at the table.
