What could be tastier in the hot summer heat than cool refreshing okroshka. Just 15 minutes and a light summer soup is ready.
Cooking time 15 minutes
Homemade kvass 1/2 l
Eggs 2 pcs
Fresh cucumber 1 pc
Dill 1 bunch
Sour cream 10% fat. 2-3 st. l.
Boil eggs, cool and peel.
Grate eggs into a bowl and finely chop green onions.
Add chopped cucumber, methane and salt in small cubes.
Add homemade kvass and let it brew.
Pour into bowls.
Refreshing and quick okroshka "Krestyanka" is ready. Can be served to the table
