Prepare broth. To do this, pour the pork bones, rinse well and pour 2 liters of cold water. Bring to a boil, remove the foam and cook for 2 hours over medium heat.
Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots. Saute in vegetable oil.
Dice the potatoes and add them to the broth.
When the potatoes are cooked, add the sautéed vegetables and finely chopped wild garlic. Mix. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
T-bone soup with wild garlic is ready. Pour into plates and serve garnished with herbs.
