Salad with Korean carrots and croutons

This salad with Korean carrots and croutons can be prepared for any festive table. He won't stay long in a salad bowl.

Ingredients

Baguette croutons 200 g

Boiled sausage 150 g

Canned corn 100 g

Korean carrots 100 g

Eggs 3 pcs

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Salt to taste

Preparation

In a bowl, mix together 100 g of canned corn and 100 g of Korean carrots.

Add 150 g of boiled sausage, diced.

Boil 3 eggs, cool and peel.

Add the diced eggs and 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.

Stir the salad and salt to taste.

Add 200 g of croutons and mix.

Salad with Korean carrots and croutons is ready. Put in a salad bowl and serve at the festive table.
