Okroshka with kvass, one of the most popular summer soups. This recipe will help you make real homemade okroshka with kvass.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Bread kvass 1-1.5 l
Boiled sausage 200 g
Potatoes 3 pcs
Eggs 3 pcs
Egg 1 pc
Fresh cucumber 2-3 pcs
Radish for okroshka 5-6 pcs
Dill 1 bunch
Green onion (feather) 1 bunch
Sour cream 4-5 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Boil potatoes and eggs, cool and peel.
Rinse and dry greens, cucumbers and radishes.
Cut eggs and potatoes into small cubes into a bowl.
Add chopped boiled sausage into small cubes.
Add diced cucumbers, radishes and finely chopped herbs.
Season with salt and sour cream.
Add homemade kvass and mix well. Let okroshka brew in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
Okroshka on kvass is ready. Serve with ready-made table horseradish or grated on a fine grater.
