Chop onions and carrots and sauté in vegetable oil.
Cut the meat into cubes and fry with salt and pepper to taste in vegetable oil.
Chop the sorrel finely.
Boil potatoes for 10 minutes in salted water, cut into cubes.
Add vegetables, meat and bay leaves to the potatoes.
Then add sorrel and boil a little.
Sorrel soup is ready.
