Mushroom soup with morels and lentils

Morels require mandatory pre-processing. Wash morels well under running water. Cut and put in boiling water, cook for 10 minutes in boiling water. Then put it in a colander, rinse well again with running water and squeeze out the water to remove all toxic substances.

Grate the carrots on a fine grater. Salt carrots and chopped onions in half rings in vegetable oil.

Add morels.

Pre-boil the lentils.

Boil diced potatoes in salted water.

Add lentils, morels with vegetables. Bring to a boil. Cook together for 5 minutes and you can serve our morel soup with croutons to the table.
