This aromatic soup with chicken meatballs and vegetables turns out to be very tasty, ideal for a family lunch or dinner. Saving the family budget.
Cooking time 50 minutes
Water (or chicken broth) 2 l
Potatoes 2 pcs
Carrot 1 pc
Chicken fillet 200 g
Egg 1 pc
Onion 1 pc
Loaf slice 1 pc
Homemade noodles (or soup vermicelli) 100 g
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Boil water or broth. Cut potatoes into cubes, carrots into slices. Add to pot. Cook until half cooked.
Pass the chicken fillet through a meat grinder, then also pass the onion and a slice of loaf. Add the egg.
Season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
Roll the minced meat into small balls.
Dip the meatballs into the pan and cook until they change color and float, during which time the potatoes and carrots are cooked.
Season the soup. Reduce heat. Add homemade noodles or noodles to the pot for soup.
Cook for another 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat. Let stand 15 minutes. And serve, garnished with finely chopped fresh parsley.
