Mushroom soup with honey agarics in meat broth

Mushroom soup with honey agarics in meat broth, delicious soup with mushrooms that can be prepared for lunch.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Meat broth 2 l

Honey mushrooms, freshly frozen 300 g

Onion 1 pc

Carrot 1 pc

Potatoes 2-3 pcs

Sunflower oil (for frying)

Salt to taste

Dill (greens) to taste


Fry finely chopped onions in sunflower oil.

Add finely chopped mushrooms.

Grated carrots and 1/2 cup broth.

Simmer for 25 minutes. Transfer to a saucepan with meat broth. Add the diced potatoes.

Cook for another 15-20 minutes. Salt. Sprinkle with finely chopped dill before serving.
