Meatball Soup

Soup with minced meatballs, rice and tomato, a delicious and easy soup that can be prepared quickly.

Cooking time 35 minutes


Egg 1 pc

Minced meat 500-600 g

Potatoes 4 pieces

Rice 30 g

Carrot 1 pc

Onion 1 pc

Tomatoes 2 pcs

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Greens to taste

Salt to taste


Dip chopped potatoes in boiling water (if you like thick soups, take more potatoes). Mix minced meat with egg, salt. Form into walnut-sized meatballs, dip over potatoes. Add rice. Cook, stirring occasionally. Fry grated carrots and onions in butter, add tomatoes to them, simmer everything, stirring occasionally. Dip the mixture into the soup, add chopped herbs, bring to a boil. Season with salt to taste. The soup is ready.
