Classic okroshka on kvass

The same real classic okroshka on kvass that will refresh you on a hot summer day, and this recipe will help you cook it.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Homemade bread kvass 2 l

Boiled sausage 200 g

Potatoes 3 pcs

Eggs 2 pcs

Fresh cucumbers 2-3 pcs

Radish 5-7 pcs

Sour cream 2-3 tbsp. l.

Table horseradish 2 tbsp. l.

Dill (greens) 1 bunch

Green onion (feather) 1 bunch

Salt to taste


Boil eggs and potatoes, cool and peel.

Cut into small cubes in a bowl.

Add the diced cucumbers, radishes and sausage.

Add finely chopped greens.

Add homemade kvass, sour cream and horseradish. Salt to taste.

Mix well and let it brew in the refrigerator.

The classic kvass okroshka is ready. Can be poured into plates and served.
