Solyanka "Modest"

A simple recipe for instant hodgepodge for every day.

Cooking time 30 minutes

Ingredients

Water 3 l

Smoked brisket 100 g

Semi-smoked sausage 100 g

Potatoes 2-3 pcs

Pickled cucumbers 2 pcs

Olives 50 g

Tomato paste 2 tbsp l.

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Onion 1 pc

Carrot 1 pc

Dill to taste

Parsley (greens) to taste

Salt to taste

Preparation

In a frying pan, fry the sliced ​​smoked brisket and sausage into strips.

Add vegetable oil, finely chopped onions and grated carrots.

Add the diced pickles.

Add olives and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Boil water in a saucepan, peel potatoes and cut into cubes. Boil the potatoes until half cooked.

Add the contents of the pan to the pan and cook for another 10-12 minutes, over medium heat.

Add tomato paste. Salt if necessary.

Add finely chopped greens at the end. Stir and let it brew for 5-10 minutes.

Pour into bowls and serve with a slice of lemon.
