Light and fresh okroshka with chicken on kvass, a delicious dish, which is the right time to cook in the summer heat.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Bread kvass (homemade) 1 l
Chicken fillet 200 g
Fresh cucumber 1 pc
Radish 5-6 pcs
Sour cream 2-3 tbsp. l.
Green onion (feather) 1 bunch
Dill 1 bunch
Salt to taste
Boil the chicken fillet and cool.
Cut in small pieces.
Rinse the cucumber and radish, cut the tails.
Boil eggs, cool and peel.
Cut radish and cucumber into small cubes.
Grind the egg yolks with finely chopped herbs and salt.
Add green yolks and finely chopped whites.
Add kvass and mix well.
Add chicken. Stir again. Let it brew in the cold.
Season with sour cream before serving.
