Hearty and delicious chicken pasta soup will take its rightful place on your table. A simple yet flawless combination of light chicken broth, vegetables and pasta everyone will love.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Chicken fillet 200 g
Onion 1 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Star pasta or small noodles 2-3 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.
Dill (greens) 1 bunch
Salt to taste
Peel the onion, cut the chicken fillet into cubes.
Fry the onion and chicken fillet in vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes. Stirring.
Place the fried chicken and onion in a saucepan.
Add chopped carrots into strips, add water and cook for 10-15 minutes, over medium heat.
Add star pasta or fine noodles and salt to taste. Cook for another 2-3 minutes. Until ready.
Pour soup into bowls and sprinkle with finely chopped dill. Serve our pasta soup to the table.
