Peel the potatoes.
Saute finely chopped bell pepper, chopped onion in half rings and canned corn in vegetable oil.
Add finely chopped green onions and salt to the minced meat to taste.
Form the meatballs.
Put the meatballs in boiling water and cook.
Add diced potatoes and bay leaves.
At the end, add browned vegetables and cook for 5 minutes over low heat until they taste good.
Pour the meatball soup into bowls and serve.
