Water 2 l
Chicken liver 300 g
Noodles 100 g
Onion 2 pcs
Carrot 1 pc
Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.
Bay leaf 2 pcs
Dill (greens) to taste
Salt to taste
Rinse the liver well.
Put the liver and peeled onion in a saucepan.
Cook after boiling over medium heat for 30 minutes. Skim off the foam.
Peel the onion and carrots.
Fry finely chopped onions and chopped carrots in a frying pan with vegetable oil.
Remove the liver from the broth. Cut into cubes and add to sautéed vegetables.
Strain the broth. Dip the noodles and bay leaf into the broth and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add vegetables and liver to the noodle pot and simmer for another 2-3 minutes until the noodles are done. Salt.
At the end, add finely chopped dill and mix.
The chicken liver noodles are ready. Pour into plates and serve.
