Spicy fish soup

Spicy fish soup will definitely appeal to all lovers of spicy fish soup. A great option when there is no time to cook.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Fillet of white fish (catfish) 200 g

Onion 1 pc

Rice 2 tbsp. l.

Carrot 1 pc

Green beans (frozen) 50 g

Ground white pepper 1/4 tsp.

Salt to taste


Fish steaks are completely free of bones and skin. Cut into small pieces and place in a saucepan. Add the peeled onion, cover with cold water and put on fire. Cook for 15-20 minutes.

Remove the onion and add the rice. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Add finely chopped green beans and carrots. Cook until vegetables are ready. Season with salt and pepper. If you do not like spiciness, then it is better to put less pepper.

At the end of cooking, add some chopped herbs. Pour into tureens and serve.
