Homemade, aromatic pork soup, just what you need for a family dinner. Adults and children will be happy to eat this delicious soup.

Fillet pulp (pork) 300 g
Carrot 1 pc
Wide noodles 100 g
Onion 2 pcs
Pepper mixture 1/2 tsp
Pour the meat and one peeled onion with cold water and cook. After boiling, reduce heat, remove foam and cook until meat is tender. Catch the onion. Remove the meat, cool and cut into cubes.
Grate the carrots, finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil.
Add the meat and sauté everything together for another 5-7 minutes.
Add the sautéed meat to the broth.
Add the pepper and noodles mixture to the saucepan. Cook for another 5-7 minutes.
Pour into bowls and sprinkle with dill herbs.
