Stewed soup


Potatoes 5 pcs

Carrot 1 pc

Beets 3-4 pcs

Dill (greens) 1 bunch

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Green onion (feather) 1 bunch

Onion 1 pc

Canned stew 100 g

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Peel potatoes and carrots.

Chop coarsely and cook in a pot of water for 10-12 minutes.

Rinse and dry all greens.

Finely chop the greens.

Add herbs and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Fry finely chopped onions and stew in a pan for 1-2 minutes.

Add to soup and season with salt. Let it brew for 10-15 minutes. Serve to the table.
