Canned Sardine Soup

A quick soup made from canned sardines and potatoes, this is a great first course option for the whole family.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Water 1 l

Sardines (slices) in oil 1 ban.

Potatoes 2-3 pcs

Carrot 1 pc

Bay leaf 1 piece

Dill to taste

Salt to taste

Parsley (greens) to taste


Peel the potatoes and carrots and cut into large pieces.

Put the vegetables in a saucepan and add water, cook until tender.

Divide the canned sardine into pieces and remove the seeds.

Add fish, salt and bay leaf to a saucepan. Cook for another 3-5 minutes.

Add finely chopped greens.

Stir the soup and serve on bowls.
