Chicken soup in a cauldron

Delicious meat soup with smoked loin and chicken will certainly delight your home.

Cooking time 45 minutes


1/4 chicken

Smoked loin 20 g

Onion 1 pc

Bell pepper 1 pc

Garlic clove 2 pcs

Potatoes 2-3 pcs

Carrot 1 pc

Cherry tomatoes 5-7 pcs

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste


Boil the chicken until tender, strain the prepared broth (2 liters).

Fry the diced loin in a preheated cauldron.

Add vegetable oil. Add chopped bell peppers, finely chopped onions and garlic into strips. Fry for 1 minute.

Add diced potatoes and chopped carrots into strips, pour 1/2 part of the broth and simmer over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.

Add tomatoes.

Add the boneless chicken and the rest of the broth, season with salt and simmer for another 10 minutes, covered.

Pour into bowls, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and serve.
