Fresh champignons 5 pcs
Strip of cooked smoked bacon 4 pcs
Potatoes 2 pcs
Water 1 pack
Onion 1 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Universal seasoning 1 tsp.

Finely chop the onion, cut the carrots into strips.
Fry in vegetable oil.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes.
Boil water in a saucepan and add potatoes. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
Rinse and peel the mushrooms. Cut into large pieces.
Add mushrooms to the pan with carrots and onions. Fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add mushrooms and vegetables to a pot with potatoes and cook for another 7-10 minutes over medium heat.
Cut bacon strips into small pieces and fry in a dry frying pan.
Add bacon, universal seasoning and finely chopped herbs to the soup. Cover and let it brew.
Pour into plates and serve.
